Our client, a large financial services company, is actively seeking an experienced trusts and estates lawyer to join its Private Client Group in Chicago. Target candidates for this exciting position will have at least 15 years of significant estate planning and trust company experience and ideally will have in-house experience at a bank or financial services company. The attorney in this role will manage several other attorneys and also will handle and oversee banking, fiduciary and investment activities, matters of federal banking law and regulation, and sophisticated trust, estate and guardianship administration for high net-worth clients.
