Description

Position: Electronic Warfare Training Developer

Location: Fort Sill, OK

Duties And Responsibilities

• Continue the development of the courseware by incorporating new and emerging training requirements and concepts as they develop into the existing courseware in order to stay current with the operational force, POI, lessons and lesson plans
• Use lessons learned, surveys, interviews, student feedback, and input from theater to select appropriate courseware changes
• Maintain lessons in the TRADOC approved learning content management system, TDC.
• Perform annual field surveys with 100% of the EW course graduates as part of the long term development and improvement of the courses

• Experience in Cyber Tasks and Electronic Attack a plus
• TRADOC doctrine development or concept development preferred
• Experience with Training Development Capability (TDC)
• Two years experience in conducting training development for Department of Defense preferred
• Security+ and A+ certifications desirable

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Graduate of ANCOC, WAOC or Intermediate Level Education (ILE) for prior officers is a plus

Other
