Critical Access Hospital with Long Term Acute Care facility in north central North Dakota is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer.

Salary

$72K TO $90k, depending on experience. Full benefits and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee nursing function for 20 bed Critical Access Hospital and 37 bed LTAC.
  • Ensure both facilities are providing exceptional care.

    • Qualifications

  • RN required; BSN preferred.
  • May consider Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing who would like to move to CNO level.
  • Should be comfortable living and working in a small town environment.
