Job Details

  • Evaluates patients, organizes & conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs in the hospital or on an out patient basis to restore function & prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body parts. Helps patients reach their maximum performance while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy or entry level Masters in PT, or Doctorate in PT from an accredited institution required. State of CT PT licensure required. APTA optional. One year of acute care or out patient experience preferred.
