Job Details: Working under the supervision of a physician, provides pre-, intra-, and post-operative care of patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings of a clinical department. Serves as the liaison between departmental physician assistants, faculty and administration. As designated by appropriate administrative staff or physician, assumes supervisory role for departmental physician assistants.
Education
Successful completion of an AMA approved two year Physician Assistant's Program.
Experience
Three to five years related experience in a health care environment.
Licensure/Certification: Must be registered/certified by the Maryland Board of Quality Assurance. Board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
