Concord

The Eliot Clinic of Concord provides support services to the Town of Bedford and is currently seeking a Coordinator of those services.

Responsiblities

Coordinate all aspects of the Bedford Youth & Family Services Contract.

Conduct intake, consultation and education to school personnel and other community agencies and provide parent education seminars as requested.

Provide supervision to staff and interns assigned to the Contract to include case assignment, clinical and administrative feedback and evaluation.

Recruit and hire staff as needed for the program/contract.
Maintain monthly statistics on contract activity.

Provide crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment services utilizing a variety of treatment modalities such as individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy as clinically indicated, primarily based at Bedford Youth & Family Services offices at Town Hall in Bedford.

Accept cases as assigned by the Clinic Director or designee and work collaboratively with the Clinic Director to ensure that clinical and productivity standards are met.

Document service delivery to high professional standards in a timely and professional manner in the client record.

Responsible for adhering to the clinic's scheduling protocol, initiating outreach to clients for whom treatment has been interrupted, and for documenting all outreach attempts in the clinical record.

Qualifications

Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university/college and is licensed at the independent level in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Minimum of five years experience providing direct service and administrative and clinical supervision. Must demonstrate sound judgment and excellent clinical skills with the ability to provide effective, solution focused therapy to a diverse client base with a wide array of presenting problems.
