Summary Of Job

Manages the day to day functions of the purchasing department.

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for placing purchase orders that supply over 400 hotel and casino properties.

Responsible for puchasing paper goods, computer equipment and cleaning supplies.

Maintain inventory of office supplies.

Maintain Fleet inventory of company vehicles including but not limited to reconciling gas vouchers, maintaining registrations of company vehicles and repair maintenance logs.

Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the airport, bank, and post office.

Organizes and maintains administrative office inventory spreadsheets and support for phone lines, internet connections and hardware for headquarters and field offices.

Responds to supplies inquiries regarding receipts of invoices and payments.

Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed.

Is open to coaching and feedback from supervisor. Makes improvement.

Qualifications

College degree

Five years experience working as purchasing manager in a multi state, multi property enviorment
