Our client proudly partners with major organizations across the country to create large scale, fully immersing tradeshow booths, exhibits, and experiences. These tradeshow materials are large scale, extremely sophisticated and immersive experiential exhibits. Role Overview
As the senior exhibit designer, you will partner with your in-house team members including fellow designers, fabrication artists, and account managers to build out onsite beautiful, dynamic tradeshow designs, exhibits, and kiosks from design through execution. Our client not only has a beautiful show-room quality design studio designed with mid-century modern furniture, they offer state of the art equipment and a fully equipped onsite fabrication center complete with paint booths along with full onsite capabilities in glass, fabric, and metal fabrication. Our client's location is fully capable to create all nuances of very large-scale exhibits from carpentry to industrial design. You will partner with this large, robust team to create beautiful, highly impactful designs for clients ranging in the financial, pharmaceutical, banking, gaming, and technical arenas. Each piece is as unique as the clients that you serve meaning a high level of design ingenuity and creativity is required.
A unique element of this role is that you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients. There is no middle person between you and the client. This gives you the chance to fully engage with your client and help them to truly realize their creative vision.
Senior exhibit designers at our client will be engaged in all facets of the design process from initial client meetings and design presentations through installation processes. Some travel to client and tradeshow locations is part of this role. Senior exhibit designers will work directly in tandem with clients to help them realize amazing tradeshow design ideas from initial concept through installation. You will also collaborate hand in hand with fellow team members in sales, detailing, engineering, and production groups.

Required Skills
Qualified senior exhibit designers will bring five to seven years of tradeshow, exhibit, or industrial design experience. A true passion and love of all things design is required for this position. Each member of the team shares an affection for design--passion for their field is an absolute requirement. A Bachelor's degree in design (with a focus on exhibit, environmental, industrial, and/or interior) is required. Portfolios should include and demonstrate your sketching and ideation capabilities. Current, up to date skills in programs including 3D Studio Max or similar program is required. This team uses 3D Studio Max and our client is open to training candidates in this software. Portfolios need to include your design process including color sketches, renderings, and photographs and must demonstrate large format design, exhibit design, kiosk design, and tradeshow samples. The ability to work onsite in Wisconsin is required...this is not a telecommute position.
