PERMANENT POSITION!Description
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Obtains, interprets and evaluates all physician medication orders.
Accurately maintains all legally required records. Accurately compounds and checks compounded sterile products.
Verifies accuracy of dispensing, medical and laboratory data.
Participates in patient evaluation.Requirements
Qualifications B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
State of NM Pharmacy license
Prior hospital or infusion experience required
Good standing with the Board of Pharmacy
