    • & Minimum Requirements

    This position assists with organizing daily workflow, troubleshoots technical problems, performs cord blood testing, and reviews test results for accuracy. This position may assist with training new employees. In addition, this position assists with preparation of require documentation and participates in federal inspections and professional accreditation. BA degree with 3-5 years post baccalaureate clinical laboratory experience. Flow Cytometry technical experience preferred. General knowledge of clinical laboratory function is required. Knowledge of product manufacturing, testing, storage and shipment a plus. Preferences will be given to candidates with ASCP certification in Medical Technology ore related science field. Familiarity with FDA regulations and voluntary accreditation (e.g. AABB, NMDP) standards preferred.
