Listing Info

Provide software applications support as defined by the Business Requirements of customer. The analyst will, as needed, develop, document and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle. Responsible for responding to product application support questions from customer. Analyzes problems with software application and recommends corrective action. Participates in task groups responsible for the evaluation, selection and implementation of new software applications to support customer requirements.

Minimum Job Qualifications

Education/Training –
BS Degree or equivalent experience

Business Experience –

  • 2+ years financial or clinical experience (preferably in the McKesson family of applications, Paragon HIS) in healthcare environment and 2+ years maintaining or supporting computerized applications preferred
  • Experienced with Report Writing Tools (preferably
  • Familiarity with EDI transactions and data
  • Familiarity with HL7 Interfaces

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good organization and communications
