This is a hourly postion during the day. You must have reliable transportation.

The maintenance person is responsible for promoting care of company property by performing general and preventative maintenance responsibilities primarily in Lancaster/Mountville, but also within the York, Harrisburg and (occassionally) Reading offices, schools, and on building grounds.

Duties Are Included But Not Limited

Perform general carpentry repairs.
Repair structural damages (sheet rock/dry wall repair, light carpentry, etc.)

Perform plumbing related activities (unblock toilets/sinks, toilet repair, repair leaking faucets, etc.)

Perform snow removal activities (shovel walkways, stairs, porch areas, lay rock salt, etc.)
Perform landscaping duties (cut grass, trim bushes/trees, pull weeds)

Perform basic electrical repairs.

Perform painting assignments.

Replace broken light bulbs, ballasts, and fixtures as necessary.

Replace fire alarm, emergency lighting, exit signs, and/or door entry batteries and/or units.

Hang pictures, bulletin boards, signs, etc.

Assist with moving furniture.

Replace damaged ceiling tiles.

Perform janitorial services on an as-needed basis.

Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools after and before each use.

Maintain inventory of all company owned tools and equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Education

High School Diploma or equivalency.

Work Experience

Minimum of two years experience providing general repair services required.

Other: Valid Drivers License
