Law Firm IT professionals
International law firm needs Systems Manager and Senior Help Desk Technician for their New Haven office. Technician role requires a strong background in FileSite/iManage document management software, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite, network troubleshooting, law firm management software (such as Elite and Interaction), and readiness to be the escalation point for complex end-user issues. Systems Manager role requires at least 2 years of experience managing technical professionals. Both positions require experience working in a law firm with a network that spans multiple office sites.
Members of this IT department are all team players ready to take ownership of problems and with a solid ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical minds. Experience with mobile devices and virtualization a plus. Relocation may be available.
