Overview

Restoration Personnel Source (RPS) is the largest recruiting firm in the U.S and Canada specializing in finding experienced insurance restoration estimators, project managers, general, operations and production managers and sales/marketers. Backgrounds of applicants would encompass either emergency/mitigation or reconstruction or both involving fire, smoke, flood, wind, mold or any other catastrophe restoration project resulting in an insurance claim.

RPS has a database of over 8000 candidates from all over the country with the above mentioned experience. And the careers of the best candidates are tracked to keep them apprised of excellent opportunities as they appear. There are three companies that have hired 43, 38, and 26 professionals from us, respectively.

RPS has eight recruiters on staff with a combined recruiting experience of over 120 years. They have placed over 800 insurance restoration professionals with some 175 restoration contractors within the past 10 years. If the person you need is not in our database we go out and find that person by actively recruiting locally. We do not recruit out of our client companies.
