Overview

AdKore/MegaForce has been providing highly-qualified individuals as employees to companies in the Kansas City area for more than 25 years. We are a family owned company that has grown to have a national presence with offices in Oklahoma, Tennessee and Minnesota. We have also worked to fulfill our obligations to our community and have established an endowed scholarship at the University of Kansas in the name of our founder, Max Thayer.

Our goal is to place each candidate at a job in which they can be successful. While it sounds simple, there are few companies that, like AdKore/MegaForce, take all the steps necessary to understand the position and the company well enough to recruit the right individual. The "qualification process" that many staffing firms use does not often include anything other than exchanging e-mail with a candidate. Most don't even meet the candidate in person. Our approach takes staffing to a new level by including one of the most comprehensive screening and qualification processes in the industry.
