Background testing process for consulting and supplemental staffing engagements:
We have a drug test policy, perform background and credit checks, and have a fulltime HR representative to monitor results.

We have consultants and employees that hold security clearances in the following areas:
DOD, TS-SBI, TS-SCI, TS-SSBI, Top Secret and Secret Clearance.


Recruiting methods:
Network with current and previous consultants, employee referrals and project manager referrals. We check references, technical phone screens, skills sheet evaluations, resume review, understand candidates expectations, meet the potential hires, obtain feed back from client interviews, cover offer, deliver offer and schedule acceptable start date with both client and consultant. We consider our best source to be referrals. Other sources include: contractor responses to advertisements, internet, call-ins and project manager recommendations.

Screening methodologies:
The screening process begins with qualifying the consultant. All referrals and references are checked. After a thorough phone screening, personal interviews are conducted and in many cases an internal senior staff consultant conducts a technical screen.
