Overview

Kett Engineering has been a vital business partner of Volkswagen Test operations in the U.S. since 1988. Kett is a critical partner in supplying 85%-90% of the staffing requirements at our facility. This ranges from grounds maintenance staff to engineers, with all positions in between. Additionally, our entire durability mileage accumulation is handled under the KMMAP (Kett Managed Mileage Accumulation Program). Utilizing this program was one of the best decisions we have made. Simply put, we give them the cars and the competent staff members in this program handle the rest of the work. We no longer have to deal with the daily organizational issues of scheduling, data collection, vehicle maintenance tracking, etc. Kett reacts quickly to changes in our workloads with a high degree of flexibility. The management concern for answering any situation is without compare in today's contract employee environment.
