Gatto Associates, LLC brings a unique approach with one-on-one coaching of managers, partners, and executives in an individualized way. All have special issues that need to be addressed, and, through assessments and one-on-one confidential meetings, they are able to develop an individualized plan to better balance personal and professional lives.
