Overview

Vista Community Clinic (VCC) is a private, nonprofit community health center. It was founded in 1972 with the mission to provide quality health care and health education to the community focusing on those facing economic, social and cultural barriers.

Vista Community Clinic currently operates five state of the art clinic sites in the cities of Vista and Oceanside. In 2009, Vista Community Clinic served more than 56,000 patients in 235,000 patient visits and made over 100,000 health education contacts. Today, Chief Executive Officer Barbara Mannino administers a staff of approximately 512 and a budget of approximately $30 million, overseeing more than 100 governmental contracts.
