Overview
ISF was founded in 1979 to provide custom software solutions for commercial interests in Jacksonville, Florida. During its early years, the company developed an expertise in healthcare and logistics software systems. As ISF grew and its customer base expanded, it opened a second Florida office in Tallahassee to better serve Florida state governmental agencies by applying its commercial expertise to the government sector. In 2003 ISF established CE Broker, a division of ISF, to offer Public/Private Partnerships through business process outsourcing (BPO) services to its clients. Today, ISF is proud to serve a broad range of clients nationwide.
