Overview

Just a short drive east of the Phoenix metropolitan area and located at the foot of the epic Superstition Mountains is Apache Junction. Though incorporated in 1978, we are rich in old west history and myth. Of the many stories that enliven this area none is as famous or infamous as the story of The Lost Dutchman Goldmine.
