WHO:
In 2005, hospitality Executive Steve Scher took over Acrobat Outsourcing (formerly known as Acrobat Staffing) with the sole purpose of providing food service & hospitality decision makers with a seamless solution for all their staffing needs. Now, Acrobat Outsourcing has expanded its menu of offerings to be the only dedicated one-stop-shop solution in the West Coast for front- and back-of-house staffing and related services for food service, hospitality, conventions and related industries.

WHAT:
Acrobat Outsourcing relieves clients of time- and resource-depleting administrative responsibilities such as recruiting & hiring of temporary staff, payroll accounting, customer service consulting and staff training & certifications allowing them more time to focus on their core business. Acrobat helps clients stay in control of operational emergencies and streamline operations and labor, all of which directly impacts the bottom line without impacting the customer experience.

HOW:
Client contacts Acrobat Outsourcing with specific staffing requirements and we take ownership of the entire process from beginning to end: the employee search to match client requirements, interviews, background check, selection of top candidates for client consideration, or send the best-matched employee directly to the client. Client decides whether the employee is a right fit with their corporate culture. If client decides employee is not a right fit, client simply contacts Acrobat and we will send another employee. The employee is our employee and remains our employee until the job assignment is complete or discussions of temporary to full-time transition decisions are made. While the employee is at the clients place of business, the employee remains transparent to the clients customers. Any disciplinary action taken on a temporary employee is executed by Acrobat Outsourcing.
