Fairway Consulting Group is a privately owned, boutique executive search firm dedicated to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. We are extremely well-networked and skilled to identify and attract superior candidates for our clients. From our location in Lynbrook, New York we have been successful recruiting domestic and international top-tier talent for clients across the United States and Europe for close to 15 years. We manage two search teams, one focused on commercial operations roles and the other focused on R&D/scientific positions.
